To minimize our carbon footprint and reduce shipping waste, we do not accept physical returns. If there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right without requiring you to ship a product back to us. This ensures that we aren't adding unnecessary transportation emissions to the lifecycle of our recycled planters.
Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
Damage During Transit: If your planter arrives cracked, broken, or otherwise compromised due to shipping.
Manufacturing Defects: If there is a significant structural failure that prevents the self-irrigation or magnetic monitoring systems from functioning as intended.
Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong size, color, or model.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact us at support@bedfellowsgarden.com within 30 days of receiving your order. To help us process your request quickly, please include:
Your Order Number.
A brief description of the issue.
Clear photos of the damage or defect.
Processing Your Refund
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
What to do with the Product?
If you receive a refund for a damaged or defective item, we encourage you to:
Upcycle: Use it for a non-critical purpose (like a dry pot or tool holder).
Recycle: Dispose of it at a facility that accepts PETG (Plastic #1) to keep the material in the circular economy.
