AGREEMENT TO TERMS

This website is operated by Bedfellows. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bedfellows. By accessing our site or purchasing our self-irrigating planters, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time by posting changes to our website.

3D-PRINTED PRODUCT NATURE

You acknowledge that Bedfellows products are manufactured using 3D printing technology and recycled PETG plastic. As a result, minor surface imperfections, visible layer lines, and color variations are inherent to the production process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS Our policy regarding returns and refunds is governed by our Refunds & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because our products are made to order using sustainable manufacturing, we do not accept physical returns. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days for a refund or replacement. Minor cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing, as described above, are not eligible for refunds.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The design of the self-irrigating planter and the magnetic level monitoring system are the exclusive property of Bedfellows. Our products feature Patent Pending technology. You agree not to reverse engineer, deconstruct, or replicate our designs for commercial or personal redistributive use.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bedfellows provides tools to assist in plant care; however, we are not responsible for the health or survival of any plants placed in our products. We are not liable for any water damage to furniture or property resulting from improper assembly, overfilling, or structural failure of a 3D-printed part. In no case shall Bedfellows’ liability exceed the purchase price of the product.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
